Brian Clapp

Director of Construction

Brian joined OneStreet Residential in the spring of 2022 and is responsible for implementing the preconstruction, construction, and project closeout phases of all of OneStreet's development projects.

Brian brings more than 20 years of senior-level facilities and construction contract management experience to our team and will be a key factor in allowing OneStreet to add development projects to our pipeline at a more aggressive pace.
