Deke Rochester

Division Partner, Hayloft Cottages

Deke joined OneStreet Residential in 2013 and manages the company's project team. His work includes conducting due diligence, preliminary underwriting, zoning, design, permitting, and construction administration.

Deke holds a BS in Business Administration from Auburn University with a concentration in Finance as well as a Master’s Degree in Building Construction and Facility Management from Georgia Tech.

Deke lives with his wife, Morgan, in Brookhaven. Deke’s “bucket list” includes traveling to every SEC stadium to see the Auburn Tigers play football!
