Ernest Marchetti

Vice President, Accounting

Ernest is responsible for tracking, recording, and reporting on all financial activity for OneStreet Residential’s Development Company and Management Company as well as all properties in the management portfolio. In this role, he oversees two staff accountants and works closely with property management staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounting data within OneSite. Ernest’s experience includes 20 years in the industry. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Wake Forest University and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.
