Karen Thompson

Vice President, Human Resources

Karen joined the OneStreet family in 2018 and has been instrumental in improving our benefit plan offerings and continues to work with her team to better develop and engage our great associates, helping us to work for efficiently and improve the quality of our work life. Her previous experience includes 20+ years at Post Properties, where she spent her time assisting managers and employees at all levels of the organization with Benefits, Training and HR related matters. Prior to that she was employed with Simmons Bedding Company and WellStar (formerly South Fulton Medical Center) here in Atlanta.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and minor in Psychology from LaGrange College. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, biking, and spending time with family and friends.
