Assistant Development Manager

As Assistant Development Manager Max works with the VP of Development to assist with day-to-day oversight and coordination of various projects, including zoning, financing, design, permitting, budgeting and all pre- construction and construction related activities.

Max first joined OneStreet in January 2020 as the first ever Development Services Intern. After graduating from Denison University with a BA in Economics, Max joined OSR full-time in June 2021. While at Denison, Max was a member on the Baseball team and broke Denison's Single Season Hits Record in 2019.
