Ono Uwhubetine

Development Manager

Ono joined the OneStreet team as Development Manager in 2021. In this role, his duties included conducting due diligence, preliminary underwriting, zoning, design, permitting, and construction administration for Affordable developments at OneStreet.

Prior to joining OneStreet, Ono was employed at PNC and Mercy Housing Southeast. At PNC he was integral part of financial underwriting for $30 MIL LIHTC development equity nationally. At Mercy Housing Southeast he integral part of the development of 278 LIHTC Units.

Ono earned a Bachelor of Art in Political Science from Morehouse College and a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate and Finance from the University of Miami.
