Mills Creek Crossing Residential was selected to serve as the Master Developer for the redevelopment of a 55-acre public housing project in the heart of DeKalb County’s historic Scottdale community. The redevelopment, known as Village of Mills Creek, not only transformed the Tobie Grant property and served as a catalyst for the transformation of the entire Scottdale area, but it also blended a diverse range of neighborhoods in a mixed-income, mixed-tenure, multi-generational community:

  • Mills Creek Crossing: 200 workforce housing residences including RAD (20%), Tax Credit (60%), and Market Rate (20%) households
  • Reserve at Mills Creek: 100 units of affordable senior residences (awarded 2014 tax credits by DCA), including RAD and Section 8 Voucher households.
  • Retreat at Mills Creek II: 80 units of affordable seniors residences (awarded 2015 tax credits by DCA), including 50% and 60% of Area Median Income households.
  • Mills Creek Estates: 116 owner-occupied, market rate, single-family & townhomes

In addition, OneStreet worked with the city of Scottdale to implement design guidelines, ensuring future developments integrate seamlessly into the community.
