Kari Fredrick joined OneStreet Residential in 2017 and is responsible for both OneStreet’s corporate & portfolio strategic marketing efforts, including lead generation, market rent management, and all digital advertising efforts.
Kari works closely with our Regional Managers to develop and manage marketing plans at each community, ensuring quick lease-ups and maintaining full occupancy. In addition, she oversees strategic marketing efforts for our in-development communities. In addition, Kari oversees corporate branding and new business development needs for the Development team. Kari is also a member of the company’s Executive Committee.
Kari has more than 25 years of marketing and communication experience in real estate development, including accelerated lease-up of conventional, tax credit, senior, and student housing properties across the country.
