Vice President, Operations

Kiva started with OneStreet Residential as a Leasing Specialist in 2004 and moved up through the ranks from Community Manager to Regional Manager to her current role as Vice President of Operations. In this role, Kiva oversees the transition of all new communities from development to management, including staffing, leasing and reporting. Kiva is HCCP certified and works with local housing authorities to assist in many aspects of compliance regulations and oversight.
