OneStreet Starts Construction on 7th HearthSide Community

OneStreet Residential has commenced construction on HearthSide Lafayette, its 7th HearthSide property developed exclusively for independent, active adults age 62 and better. HearthSide Lafayette will offer 125 1 & 2-bedroom apartment homes, with 40% of the residences available to residents of any income and 60% available at more affordable rents with incomes not exceeding 60% of the Atlanta metro area’s median income.
