Since 1999, OneStreet Residential has provided property management services, creating a dedicated Residential Services division in 2011. This allows us to bring our expertise not only to the communities we own and operate, but also to third-party owners across the Southeast.
Our Residential Services division oversees all aspects of property management, from lease-up through stabilization, including budgeting, compliance, and site maintenance.
