Town of Hilton Head Island Partners with OneStreet Residential for New Workforce Housing Community

OCTOBER, 2023 – Leaders with The Town of Hilton Head Island have entered into negotiations with OneStreet Residential to develop the first workforce housing community on an 11-acre site already owned by the town.
