Northpoint on Jarvis Creek Rises Into View as Framing Begins

August 17, 2026

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC — Construction at Northpoint on Jarvis Creek has reached another visible milestone, with framing now underway for the future workforce community on Hilton Head Island.

The start of framing moves the project above ground and marks a significant step in the development. It follows key site infrastructure work, including completed site roadway and drainage infrastructure, the initial asphalt layer, and the foundation slab phase.

Continued progress also reflects a larger community purpose: supporting the people who help keep Hilton Head Island moving every day. Each phase brings Northpoint on Jarvis Creek closer to becoming a connected residential community designed to give members of the Island’s workforce the opportunity to live closer to where they work, serve, and contribute.

Northpoint on Jarvis Creek will include 157 homes and is being designed with a focus on long-term community impact, access, connectivity, and responsible development.

Recent aerial photography from the site shows the scale of the work now taking place, from framing activity to infrastructure and foundation progress across the property. Together, these updates offer a broader view of how the community is taking shape.

"Framing is one of the most rewarding milestones in any community because it's the point where months of planning and site work begin taking visible shape," said Rusty Porter, Executive Vice President of CF Evans Construction. "With each building that rises, Northpoint moves one step closer to providing high-quality housing for the people who help keep Hilton Head Island running every day. We're proud to be part of a team delivering a community that will have a lasting impact on the Island and remain focused on building it with the quality, care, and attention it deserves."
